1. Follow the on-screen instructions to place your order.

Order Acceptance: Your order is deemed accepted upon the issuance of our email confirmation, regardless of whether you receive the email due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing and Delivery

Currency:

• Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
• Changing the shipping destination updates prices to the appropriate currency for that region.

VAT:

• UK shipments: Prices include VAT at the current rate.
• EU shipments: Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT.

Delivery Charges:

• UK Standard Next-Day Delivery: £5.95 (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for next-day service).
• International delivery charges vary by location.

Delivery Details:

• We insure all purchases in transit until delivered.
• Shipments require a valid street address (no P.O. Box addresses).
• Next-day orders placed after 2:00 PM Friday will ship the following Monday.
• Each order is treated individually, even when placed consecutively.
