Delivery Timeline Details

Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates and do not account for potential delays by the courier service. If your shipment experiences substantial delays, you may request to cancel your order by contacting our customer support team.

Please note that the estimated delivery times shown at checkout serve as general guidelines and are not guaranteed, as third-party couriers manage the shipping process. During promotional or sale periods, delivery may take longer than usual.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Customs and Duties

For all shipments the total order value will include taxes and duties.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders

If a shipment is not collected after a delivery notification or cannot be delivered due to incorrect details provided, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee.
