Returns & Exchange

 

At Van Kukil, we gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition, accompanied by its original packaging. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, with all tags intact and undamaged. We cannot accept any items that show signs of wear or use.

For orders placed outside Europe and UK, a handling return fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are typically processed within 14 days of arriving at our warehouse, although in some cases, it may take up to 30 days. Once your return is finalized, we’ll notify you via email.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal and register your return. You’ll need to provide your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. Follow the instructions provided and ensure all required information is entered. If needed, you can also update your contact details during this process. After completing the registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Excessive Returns Policy

Van Kukil reserves the right to cancel orders or deactivate accounts if we identify an unusual pattern of excessive returns. This may include repeatedly ordering and returning large quantities of products. If you believe an error has been made regarding your account, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@vankukil.com for further review.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We ensure all items are thoroughly inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, you are entitled to a replacement. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date you received the item. We will guide you through the process and provide a return waybill. Items should be returned in unused condition. Note: You must contact customer service to report the issue before returning the product.

Filing a Claim

If you wish to make a claim for a defective product, please visit our returns portal. Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and follow the instructions to complete the claim process. Once your claim is reviewed, we will reach out to you with further details. Please note, claims cannot be made for damage caused by regular wear and tear or misuse.
